Founder and CEO

Founder and CEO of Revel 49 International LLC

Rosalie started Revel 49 in August 2022 and is in the process of finalizing a space in either Lincoln Park, Chicago or Glenview, north of the city. as she navigates her future for Revel 49 International.

Rosalie's background includes growing up in a home where her mother ran an in-home daycare for 20 years and provided foster care for 15 years.  She also worked as an Estate Manager for an extensive number of years working in private homes, responsible for the general oversight and daily operations of the estate, including, supervision of additional private property and household staff, hiring, employee schedules and employee training.  This led to an intimate knowledge of what parents were looking for in terms of education, character, morale and well-roundedness for their children of all ages.

Rosalie has extensive experience working with children for over 20 years.  Interwoven into her lifelong work with children, Rosalie has visited 26 countries, living in Spain for 6 months, China for 4 years-returning in 2018, and Japan for one year-returning in 2021. She served as an international business trainer, integrating domestic and international resources to train company employees in international business acumen including negotiation tactics, international networking and intercultural thought patterns.  Upon her return, Rosalie became a project manager and community coordinator for an international program where she successfully recruited national non-profit organizations, institutions and charitable groups across the region to host international employees. She executed strategies for relationship building, orientation, sales and developed the program to fit organizational needs for program participants.  Rosalie is a relationship builder by nature and by heart.

She envisions a colorful and vibrant environment that promotes cultural awareness and language learning.   Rosalie's business acumen and experience working with families and children in extraordinary circumstances gave her the inspiration to create a space where both could thrive. She believes that bringing awareness to the beauty of language and culture will support families by motivating little ones to be culturally tolerant early in life when international business is consistently shaping American economics and global relationships.

Her theory, is, if 'you' initiate cultural tolerance, understanding, curiosity and international familiarity (World Heritage and linguistic) sites, early in life, it will encourage travel and lifelong learning.  In turn, when individuals` in the C-suites of corporations are elected leaders of a company, they will already be familiar with cultural ways of thinking, thought patterns and norms in order to consult with and successfully negotiate with other corporate leaders internationally.

Rosalie loves to travel.  The idea of her company came from her professional and personal background, but a big portion was inspired by going to Monster Cafe in Japan.  The color concept made everything so fun and exciting, and she would like pay tribute to a place that planted the seed to grow, share and draw crowds in from all over the world.

Rosalie's parents came from two very distinct cultures and a family that advocated for children. Her personal lifestyle is now being extended into her business.  She plans to offer nights dedicated to special groups giving access as; single parent night, foster parent night, adoptive parent night, women only nights and more.

Rosalie currently serves as a professional business mentor for Upwardly Global.   Previously, she served as an associate board member for The Chicago International Film Festival 2021, State Lead for Help the Afghans, an advisor for Alenah's Home and Magic Hospital in Beijing, a volunteer for UNICEF's Tap Project in Chicago, a donor and volunteer for Heartland Alliance and was on the board of volunteers for Save Abandoned Babies in Chicago.
